Reviews & COR Scores

What is Count on Reviews?

Count on Reviews brings published expert reviews, product specifications and available UK retailer offers together. Browse by category, look up a model or start with a buying guide to build a shortlist that fits your needs.

How is this different from reading one product review?

A single review gives you one publisher’s perspective. Seeing several together helps you compare the verdicts, notice recurring strengths and decide which details matter for your use. Follow the original articles for the full tests and conclusions.

What does the COR Score mean?

The COR Score converts eligible expert ratings to a five-point scale and averages them, giving each publisher equal weight and counting each once. It appears to two decimal places after at least three distinct critics. The review count and original articles provide the context.

Why do some products show tbd?

A product shows tbd until it has at least three eligible critic ratings. You can still explore its specifications and any individual reviews already available. It means the combined score is awaiting more reviews, rather than a judgement about product quality.

Does Count on Reviews test the products?

The linked publishers carry out the original tests. Count on Reviews brings their published ratings together with product information and practical buying advice. Links to the original sources let you explore the testing and judge which findings are relevant to you.

Prices & choosing a product

Can I compare prices as well as reviews?

Where matching retailer offers are available, product pages show them alongside the product information. Check the exact model, condition, stock, delivery and final price with the retailer before buying. The available retailers and offers vary by product.

How do I find the exact model I am considering?

Enter the manufacturer’s model code in the search box, or browse a category and open a product page. Check size, generation, storage and other configuration details. Related versions are labelled so you can see which product a critic actually reviewed.

Do retailer payments affect the COR Score?

No. Some retailer links may earn Count on Reviews a commission from a qualifying purchase, but affiliate relationships do not change the score calculation. Our editorial policy explains how sources, product matching and corrections are handled.
